Write the dates down in your school calendar – 26 March - 2 April 2018!

For a lot of you school will close on Thursday 29 March 2018, so the beginning of the week is an ideal time to get dressed in onesies for a good cause that pupils of all ages can enjoy. If you are on holiday for the entire week then we suggest holding an autism awareness day or week close to that date.

We completely understand and sympathise with how busy teaching staff are and so we have come up with a solution! We have created free already-made lesson plans and resources that educate pupils about autism. Furthermore, we have created a fundraising guide, so you'll have lots ideas about what to do.

New Schools’ Autism Awareness Week student ambassadors!

For #WAAW2018 we are recruiting student ambassadors. Read all about this in our fundraising guide. The final resource will be ready for download in January. In the mean-time, read about an inspirational student story from #WAAW2017.
