Campaigners hold up a sign that reads 'Until everybody understands #WAAW'.So many of you took part in World Autism Awareness Week (27 March – 2 April) and we cannot thank you enough! We heard of people dressing up in tremendous outfits, baking delicious cakes, running, walking, quizzing, collecting and spreading the word of WAAW far and wide so that friends, family, schools and colleagues could get involved too. The week has massively helped to increase understanding of autism and raised vital funds to support autistic people.

The running total stands at over £185,000 – and counting!

This is a huge achievement by everybody who took part and will help to fund ground breaking work, like our Too Much Information campaign, which is helping the public to understand autism, the person and what to do. Thank you so much for getting involved and helping us to support more autistic people.

Did you take part in World Autism Awareness Week?

We would be so grateful if you could spare 5 minutes to provide your feedback from the week by filling out a quick feedback survey. Making sure we are providing the right support, resources and messaging to our supporters is so important to us.

Have your say in the survey!

We would love to hear what you did for World Autism Awareness Week. Let us know by emailing your photos, videos and stories from the week to Caroline.Rees@nas.org.uk
