What is the National Forum?

The National Forum supports our charity’s Board of Trustees and management team to carry out our strategy.

As a member of the Forum, you’ll also discuss and feed back any issues or concerns you hear about through talking to people in our volunteer branches, as well as other stakeholders.

This helps our trustees stay well-informed about the realities of autistic peoples’ lives, and those of their families and friends, across the country.

Representing the whole of the UK

We want the Forum to represent all our members across the UK. So, we use regional elections to recruit vacancies as follows:

Region Total places Current vacancies
 Scotland 4 1
 Wales 4 1
 Northern Ireland 2
The North and the Midlands of England 16 5
London and the South of England 14

A further five seats are elected by our Board of Trustees. We have vacant seats in all regions at the moment.
