Girl smiling

As a registered charity,  we rely on your support to create a better world for people on the autism spectrum.

We’re proud to know we can count on you because together we can make a real and positive impact on the lives of so many autistic people and their families – now and in the future.

We are committed to listening to what you want and need from us.

We will:

  • always respect your decision to say yes, no or not now when we ask you for help.
  • listen to what you say about how you would like to hear from us and how often.
  • treat your personal information with care; your trust is so important to us.
  • never sell or swap your personal data with third parties.
  • maintain the highest fundraising standards as members of the Fundraising Regulator, the PFRA and the Institute of Fundraising.
  • ensure we and all our partner agencies adhere to the code of conduct set out by each of these organisations.

We want you to be proud to be a supporter of The National Autistic Society. Whether this is running a marathon, donating regularly, becoming a member, campaigning for change, dying your hair pink or any of the other wonderful ways in which you support us.

Only by all of us coming together can we be here for as long as we’re needed.

To make the most of your donations we sometimes partner with key agencies. They may call you, come to your door, produce the communications you receive or even run an event.

All our partners are carefully selected and we work closely with them to ensure they understand our values and reflect them in the work that they do. We educate and train them directly in the work of The National Autistic Society and we monitor them closely so we know that they’re always representing us – and you – how we would all expect them to.

We appreciate what you do.

We really hope that you’re as proud to support The National Autistic Society as we all are to work here. Together we can make the difference needed to the lives of autistic people.

But we don’t want to leave it there. We want to hear your thoughts and get to know you better. If there is something that you would like to share, then please do get in touch at supportercare@nas.org.uk.

Let’s keep talking and let’s keep making a difference. Because now more than ever we need to come together.
